With over 15 years of experience, Kim brings deep expertise in:

Lea Collins brings both hometown perspective and professional expertise to In-Sync Accounting & Consulting. Born and raised in Monroe, Louisiana, she combines strong technical skills with a genuine commitment to client care.


Lea holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and has over five years of hands-on accounting experience, including work with:

  • A large property management company
  • A regional CPA firm
  • Small businesses and individual clients


As an Accountant and Tax Resolution Specialist, Lea supports clients with day-to-day bookkeeping, tax preparation, & accounting clean-up, helping individuals and businesses stay compliant & financially organized.


Known for her precision, integrity, & passion for helping others succeed, Lea is a licensed Enrolled Agent & Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Her commitment to excellence makes her a valued member of the In-Sync team & a trusted resource for clients.

At In-Sync Accounting & Consulting, our internship program is designed to provide hands-on experience in accounting & tax resolution while working closely with licensed professionals.


Interns gain real-world exposure by supporting client onboarding, document preparation, research, and day-to-day operation, developing practical skills in a professional, supportive environment.


Our goal is to help interns build confidence, gain meaningful experience, & grow their understanding of accounting & tax resolution while contributing to the success of our clients.
